Surely they had a plan? Some grand scheme or trap set-up that'd make doing something like this worth the risks? Perhaps a new Supervillain is waiting in the wings and these are their henchmen? Perhaps Kaiser and the Empire have returned and are making such a spectacle in order to draw out the one who drove the Skinheads out in the first place?
Surely four men armed with handguns and the obvious getaway van outside aren't the only thing he's dealing with...?

These are the thoughts that run through the Masked Hero's head as he observes the scene from the skylight, the aforementioned getaway driver zip-tied and gagged beside him, his protests long gone as they settle on the narrow ledge, white lenses narrow in an animated fashion from behind the white cowl of a Chicago favorite and the Leader of the Undersider's the world famous, the Miraculous Tether...And four armed morons holding two teller's hostage.
Their clearly amateurs, first offenders, if they've done this before, they never would have let all the hostages go and only keep two, neither one of them is even the bank manager, so they can't get to what they need to.

Shaking his head at the spectacle, he silently opens the window of the skylight, deciding to give the men a break, he can probably come talk to them in their Holding cells and figure out where these idiots went wrong, maybe get them a lighter sentence, at the very least he can offer them work when they're released.
But first things first..

______________

Red, as he's going by for this heist, is gesturing threateningly at the bank tellers, holding a bag out a them as they much too slowly stuff the bills in the front as he steps between the two. Something about this doesn't feel right, picking pockets is one thing but holding people at gunpoint? That's something entirely different, he can tell his partners share the sentiment, but they can't let the hostages see that. He's got mouths to feed after all, cops will be here in ten minutes tops, they need to get the cash and get out-
The bag just dropped to the floor with a heavy thud as they Male teller drops a particularly large stack inside of it, he curses softly before he bends over to pick it up, keeping the gun trained in the direction of the pair behind the counter..A soft gasp alerts him to something and when he leans back up..
The pair have vanished, he whirls around before he leaps over the counter, resting on his knees to peek over the edge with a glare.

"Excuse me, is this the line for the deposits?"
A taunting voice asks a few feet away from him, causing him to leap backwards into a semi-dignified roll, yelping in fright as the gun is torn from his grip as his hand straightens upwards in his haste to escape the sudden figure who was crouched beside him silently.
The Black bodysuit and white armor, the long billowing white cape and cowl obscuring a face with shadows revealing only a pair of white eyes, the figure is smug, cheek resting in his left palm as he's settled in a casual crouch beside the now disarmed man...
The Superhero named Tether raises his hands in mock defense.
"Woah! I promise it's only like two hundred bucks! No need to freak out on me!"
He declares, before standing smoothly in a single motion, the movement would have been eery were it anyone else, moving like a puppet being held aloft by invisible strings, yet Tether exudes a strange presence, his posture and confidence making the motion seem daring, and playful a hand placed on his hip casually, his partners rounding the corner into the room, alerted by his cries..And Tether turns his attention to them, shrugging casually with a remark of.

"The service in this bank, amirite?" Before the pair train their guns on him, and Tether is suddenly flung upwards, flipping over once before shooting like a rocket towards the far south well, and I'm taken with him, barely avoiding being hit by a few stray shots which surely would have had me limping out of here, in response, Tether waves his hand as he catches me by the scruff of my collar, and Green and Blue are sent hurling into a wall, the guns being plucked from their grasp and flung to the side of the room well out of reach...Yellow is still watching the entrance for cops, but with Tether here...
This seems like a bust.

A loud roar could be heard as the form of a Dragon lands in front of the bank, Jane aka the Jeweled Dragon Empress, lands, careful not to crush any cars. What a day to be, as one could say, 'on the job', when you're supposed to be on vacation in Chicago, taking the week off from work and crime fighting to just relax and do some sightseeing. And now? She's stopping a bank heist. She wondered if any hero's had gotten here? Hell if she knew, she was just lucky to have been in the area in order to help out.

A swift and light smack of her claw sent the man barreling into the building, where she couldn't reach him unless she went down to her base form. She dropped out of her dragon form, wings wrapping into her body and claws shrinking as she was brought down into her human form. She made a dive into the building and began to transform again without looking, not sure how many people she had to deal with.

Once fully transformed however she noticed that a man in a white cowl seemed to have everything under control already. And the fact that there was just enough room in the building for her Dragon body made sure she didn't knock any walls down, though she had to lift the end of her tail up, seeing as it stuck out of the door and she didn't wish to stop traffic.

"Oh thank god, someone was able to stop this before hand!" She exclaimed, her feminine voice coming out as a sort of distorted grumble, though it could be understood. While feminine it was deep, and some smaller objects even shook in the room, a couple of pens dropping off the counter. "Is anyone hurt?" She asks as a large claw wraps around as she grasps the man she knocked into the room, hard enough that she wouldn't drop him but not hard enough to kill.

It then occurred to her that this man might either A) Be a villain trying to take the other criminals spoils or B) It might not be known who she is. She certainly doesn't know any of Chicago's hero's, that's for sure.

The sudden arrival of the man currently known as Yellow via talon causes Tether to jerk in surprise, flinging Red at Blue and Green before leaping from the wall, lithe body arcing as he flips over, landing in a three point stance before..-
IS THAT A FUCKING DRAGON!? He's almost prepared to start unleashing the fury of a thousand office supplies onto the thing, before the voice and reasonable requests has him dropping that thought. Instead, Tether simply glances towards the man trapped in her talons, then up at her, and then back at the men downed, before he gives a shrug of his shoulders.

"Just their chances of the Gold Membership." He declares before turning back, striding over to the men whom he restrains with some zipties, keeping their arms behind their backs, their guns are deposited by a wave of the Undersider's Leader hand, setting them onto a desk, and the door in the back being pulled open, soon the two tellers wander out, balking slightly at the sight of the Fucking Dragon! in the lobby before a nod from the Hero, whose eyes become upside U shaped slights, mimicking a smile, seem to give her a pass.
People do like Tether after all.
"It's all safe now, the Police will be here soon to take our friends to a slumber party! There'll be music, we'll paint each others nails and you'll only get two-to-five with possibility of parole!" He declares, giving an exaggerated clap of his hands, which causes the men to groan softly, Tether approaches her as well, pulling out another pair of zipties, expecting her to turn the man over, who while clearly uncomfortable, doesn't seem to be suffocating, which earns a nod of approval from the Veteran Hero.

"Nice take-down, most your size wouldn't have the mind to not just knock the building down, and gumby here looks pretty much in-tact." If the Man is released, Tether gestures and the Man is yanked by the front of his shirt by an invisible force, only to be spun around, around restrained like his friends.

"You don't seem like a recent Trigger, have you had your powers long?"
