Full Name: Caisius Faril
Alias/Epithet:
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Race: Beast
Sexuality: Undecided.
God: Cinder
Origin: Adaria
Crafting: Blacksmith.
Class: Tactician.

General Appearance:
Caisius has the appearance of a strange mixture between Avian, Reptile and Humanoid creatures: He stands at seven feet tall and has four mandibles that serve as parts of his jaw, with two on the sides and the other two acting as what seems like a normal mouth. His skin is a brownish-grey and has a somewhat rough texture to it that feels reptilian, although his strange hands and feet along with his eyes again seem more avian than anything else, yet due to his bipedal posture and the fact that he speaks perfectly fluent human language makes it clear that he is at the very least sentient.

Most often, Caisius wears a suit of armor specially crafted for his strange shape and appearance in order to somewhat lessen his alienation by other people when meeting them for the first time and he is rarely seen without some sort of garment to obscure his strange appearance.

He has a large facial marking just below his eyes and across the bridge of his nose that is blue in color, extending down to his mandibles on either side of his face to give him what appears to be some sort of war paint.

Spoiler:

Hair Color: N/A
Eye Color: Blue
Skin Tone: Brownish Grey
Height: 7 ft 0 in.
Weight: 260 lbs

Tattoo:
He has a blue facial design beneath his eyes and across the bridge of his nose that also extends down to his jaw appendages.

Personality:
On the battlefield and in the planning room, Caisius is an analytical individual who - perhaps to the surprise of others - has a strong value on the lives of soldiers both under his command and those under the command of others. He often spends hours at a time reading and rereading reports and pouring over maps in order to come up with a sound strategy for use in whatever battle he or his troops have found themselves in and even when caught in a bind he is often very intuitive in coming up with solutions on the fly, making sure to always have a back-up plan of some sort just in case things go south.

When with those he trusts or respects, Caisius is both cordial and care-free to them at alternating points - usually the former when around other important figures and the latter when out and about away from politicians or others who may mistake his friendliness with others as a sign of disrespect. He also has a tendency to be rather sarcastic at times, trying to lighten heavy moods with humor or making fun of his enemies in order to make them appear less intimidating to his compatriots.

Around strangers, however, Caisius is typically quiet and will mostly not speak except when spoken to and he will often let his intimidating stature and appearance speak for him instead. He also does his best to not let himself judge others on their first appearance unless they make a very bad impression against him, and if they make a good one he may even attempt to spark a conversation in order to open up around them and eventually even call them his friend, if they allow him to.

Personality Quirks:
- Tends to be fairly sarcastic, often making jokes or asking rhetorical questions even during stressful situations.
- Makes a 'clicking' noise occasionally with his mouth while talking due to his unique physiology.
- Almost always stays in his armor.

Likes:
- Animals.
- Soldiers.
- Those who are accepting of him.

Dislikes:
- Most Humans.
- Mercenaries, more specifically those who take up bounties on innocents for Gold.
- Being judged by his appearance.

Motivations:
- To find a place he can call home and that he feels like he truly belongs in.

Fears:
- Being Outcast.
- Heights.
- Things which he cannot understand.

Home Town: Plazma City

Character History:
During his early life, Caisius lived his life as a complete outcast from society and gathered money by either begging or taking on manual labor jobs with those who would hire him. He lived in abject poverty up until the age of sixteen, when he was given the opportunity - or rather drafted - into a local militia and fought in his first battle soon afterwards. Although many were terrified of the young man's appearance and were furthermore afraid that he was some sort of Demon that was sent in order to kill them, there was no disputing that he had survived more encounters with the enemy than any other member of his drafted company had and this would lead him to soon claim a spot as a more distinguished member of his unit.

He would go on serving in the military for several years, surviving battle after battle by either pure luck or by virtue that his mere presence usually intimidated enemies enough that they were easy to deal with. Eventually, the military high command would offer Caisius the ability to command a small squad of his own, an opportunity which he immediately seized and soon found himself leading entire legions of troops either in a tent of his own or out in the battlefield himself - Most times he returned victorious, and in those he did not he had instead returned with scars from a new lesson learned.

At the age of twenty-six, Caisius was offered a high-ranking position within the militia but was informed that he had one more battle that must be tended to, and so he left along with a few of his subordinates to go on their final battle together. However, upon his arrival to their destination, Caisius would discover that he was too late to save those that had been captured by the enemy and that they had been burned along with their village - alive.

Before he could have much time to mourn, Caisius was betrayed by one of his subordinates who stabbed him in the side and tossed him into one of the rubble and charred remains of a house that had been standing only an hour ago. The reason for the betrayal was rather straight forward in that this traitor was due in succession for promotion after Caisius and he had also felt that the militia had committed some great atrocity for accepting a man as strange and alien as himself into their ranks.

When he had finally awoke, he was still very much wounded, yet managed to travel unsteadily to the next nearest village which gave him medical aide before he then returned to his old military camp on horseback only to discover it had been burned to the ground and the remains of his former leaders scattered about carelessly. He soon learned that the one who had betrayed him previously had gone on to betray the entire militia's command in order to secure his own place of power within another military's ranks.

Disillusioned and now without a proper place to call his own, Caisius began traveling the countryside as a wandering soldier who stopped to help those he was capable of as well as searching for the man who had betrayed him and the militia he had called home for ten years.
